My 1986 Range Rover 3.5L V8 Restoration thread
| About 8 months ago I purchased this RR along with a 94 RR LWB. This is a one owner car and was VIP owned, the vehicle had been sitting out at their mill for a while and the steel parts had already rusted quite a bit. Fortunately these have an aluminum skin so the decay was not all that bad. She is now nearing completion with only final touchup remaining. being a VIP owned vehicle, she was complete, fully loaded and with no parts missing. Servicing had been done regularly (except for the past few years when she was sitting around) Vehicle is a 3.5L V8 Rover Engine (Petrol), with permanent 4WD (needless to say for RR's) and 5 Spd manual transmission.
